We will accept returns on all
items, excluding any electrical part(s),
within 14 days of receipt of your order. Any returned item
must be: in original condition, original packaging and be
free of any damage. Basically, if we can’t re-sale the item
we can’t accept it for return. Any return not due to a
mistake on our part is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
To obtain a Return Authorization
please contact us by e-mail only (no
Return Authorization will be granted by phone) at ask
ktmcycles.com. We will not accept any return without
prior e-mail correspondence.
With the exception of a
mistake on our part all return shipping costs will be solely
the client’s responsibility. In the event of a mistake on
our part please contact us by e-mail and we will make
arrangements to have the item(s) returned at our cost. We
strongly recommend using UPS or FedEx as your return
carrier. Any losses occurring during return shipment will
be solely the client’s responsibility.
